By purchasing a ticket you agree that the PTA assumes no responsibility for the authenticity, condition or validity of the items.  Also the value indicated for the item is a good faith estimate of the value of the goods/services furnished and is sold "as is".  By purchasing an item you release the California State PTA and all related units and people to the PTA.
